If upon confirmation such Customer details are found not to be true (wholly or partly), Conceptions has the right in its sole discretion to reject the registration and debar the customer from using the Services of Conceptscombined.net and / or other affiliated websites without prior intimation whatsoever.

At our Site you can be assured that your Personally Identifiable Information is secure, consistent with current industry standards. The importance of security for all Personally Identifiable Information associated with our user is of utmost concern to us. Your Personally Identifiable Information is protected in several ways. 2. Change in Product Price and Availability

3. Currency

All prices quoted are in Indian Rupees (INR). Your credit card providers will charge the order in your local billing currency.

4. Taxes

a) EXCISE is charged extra as appropriate for certain products where levied.
b) CST is charged extra on sale of products to residents outside Maharashtra, India.
c) VAT charged extra only on sales to residents within Maharashtra, India.
d) SERVICE TAX charged extra on installation of products.
e) Octroi and other local taxes are charged extra as applicable.
All taxes except octroi and local taxes mentioned above are clearly displayed alongside the product pricing.

5. Acceptance of Orders

All orders submitted through our website are confirmed by e-mail, fax or post after submission. No order should be deemed to be accepted without this confirmation. All orders are fulfilled subject to these terms and conditions. It might not be possible for us to accept orders for certain items for delivery to certain countries.

6. Order Cancellations by Customer

In case we receive a cancellation notice and the order has not been processed by us, we shall cancel the order and refund the entire amount. However, no order can be canceled by the customer in the event that the order has been processed by us.

7. Order Cancellations by Conceptions

Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order, for any reason. Some situations that may result in your order being canceled include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department.

We may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is canceled or if additional information is required to accept your order. If your order is cancelled after your credit card has been charged, the said amount will be credited back in your Card Account and duly notified to you by email.
We make every effort to maintain the availability of our Site. However, should we experience technical difficulties, we cannot be held responsible for orders that are not processed or accepted.

8. Payment & Retention of Title

Under normal circumstances, goods must be paid for prior to dispatch.
All payments are made in Indian Rupees (INR). Current billing address and phone information must be checked and if changed should either be updated or modified in the Personally Identifiable Information or the customer should register as a new user.

If for any reason, goods are agreed to be shipped prior to clearance of payments, title in the goods shipped belongs to Conceptions until payment in full for the goods is received by us. You agree to pay interest on all past-due sums at the highest rate allowed by law.

9. Risk of Loss

All items purchased from Conceptions are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

10. Shipping/Carriage

Prices quoted exclude delivery to the front door of your residence/office/site in India. Deliveries are normally made within 4-6 weeks or as per specified as minimum delivery period alongside product details. Please note that additional services such as evening or weekend delivery, deliveries to remote or island locations, deliveries outside India, or when special delivery services are requested, additional charges to cover these costs will apply. We DO NOT deliver on SUNDAYS and Public Holidays in India.
Conceptions shall not be liable for any delay / non-delivery of purchased goods by the vendors, trade organization/s, manufacturers / shop etc. (vendors), flood, fire, wars, acts of God or any cause that is beyond the control of Conceptions.

In the event that a non-delivery occurs on account of a mistake by you (i.e. wrong name or address) any extra cost incurred by Conceptions for redelivery shall be claimed from the customer placing the order.
The product will be returned to the Conceptions office in Mumbai. In the event of no one being at home, every genuine effort shall be made to a re-delivery. In the unlikely event the product is unable to be delivered due to no one being at home, we will return the goods to the Conceptions office in Mumbai. The customer will be informed. The goods will be held for 15 days at the office and redelivery to an alternate address can be requested within this period at an additional delivery charge. No refunds will be given to the customer.

11. Returns and Refunds

Return policies vary depending on product. For non-custom made goods, we accept returns on account of manufacturing defects within seven days from the date of receipt of goods. Goods returned must be in its original packing and in an unused condition; they will be returned at customer's expense to the original point of dispatch, on request this can be arranged by us. The refund would be arranged within 30 days after we have received the goods, less insurance, freight costs, and subject to inspection as to their suitability for resale.If you wish to make a return please contact us by Telephone +91-22-67126001 or e-mail returns@conceptscombined.net  for a return authorization code; returns are not accepted without this code.

12. Product Descriptions and Colour

We try to be as accurate as possible; however, Conceptions does not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered by www.conceptscombined.net  is not as described, you may return it in unused condition with packaging intact and a copy of the invoice.
All products are duly screened and assured by the manufacturers to ensure that the products are of the standard, quality, composition, style or model that they represent. We have made every effort to display the colours of our product range that appear in the catalogue as accurately as possible. However, there can be an instance of minimal colour variance between the product image in the catalogue and the actual product. In addition, due to potential colour differences among computer monitors, we cannot guarantee that the colour you see on your screen is an exact colour reproduction of the finished product. Colour may also vary between product lot numbers especially in the case of products like wallcoverings, paints, tiles etc.

13. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The information about the products published on this site is provided by Conceptions on the basis of the information received from the product manufacturers and vendors and is on an "as is where is" basis.
Conceptions tries to ensure that material included on this website is correct, reputable and of high quality; however, it does not accept responsibility if this is not the case. Conceptions will not be responsible for any errors or omissions or for the results obtained from the use of such information or for any technical problems you may experience from the products sold through this website.

This disclaimer constitutes an essential part of this User Agreement.
To the fullest extent permitted under applicable law, Conceptions or its suppliers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, incidental, consequential or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses arising out of or in connection with the website, its services or this User Agreement.
Without prejudice to the generality of the section above, the total liability of Conceptions to you for all liabilities arising out of this Agreement be it in tort or contract is limited to the value of the product ordered by you.

14. Use of Web Site Information

Neither the whole nor any part of this website may be used in any form or manner, without the written approval of Conceptions

15. Indemnity

The customer agrees to defend, indemnify and do hereby indemnify and hold harmless Conceptions, its employees, directors, officers, agents and their successors and assigns from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs and expenses, including attorney's fees, caused by or arising out of claims based upon the customer’s actions or inactions, which may result in any loss or liability to Conceptions or any third party including but not limited to breach of any warranties, representations or undertakings or in relation to the non-fulfillment of any of the customer’s obligations under this User Agreement or arising out of the customer’s violation of any applicable laws, regulations including but not limited to Intellectual Property Rights, payment of statutory dues and taxes, claim of libel, defamation, violation of rights of privacy or publicity, loss of service by other subscribers and infringement of intellectual property or other rights. This clause shall survive the expiry or termination of this Agreement.

16. Applicable Law

This agreement shall be construed in accordance with the applicable laws of India. The Courts at Mumbai shall have exclusive jurisdiction in any proceedings arising out of this agreement.

17. Warranties and Guarantees

Conceptions makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the usage of the products provided on this site. However, the customer is entitled to any warranty or guarantee of a product extended by the manufacturer of the product, if any, and will be as per the terms and conditions provided by the product manufacturer for availing of warranties or guarantees.
